In bold typeface on the home page of the TRTLcom website was the wording:

  
 
"If you or your organization own any registered trade mark relating to the above name or any other names Get On The Web Limited has registered, or if you represent or know of any such organization, please click to this page."


  
  Clicking to the webpage (below), the request to be informed of anyone claiming registered trademark rights could not have been clearer. However this was ignored by Coolside and Burness Paull who made no contact and instead went straight to filing a UDRP:
