September 2009:

Ville de Paris of Paris, France, represented by Nataf Fajgenbaum & Associés, France filed a UDRP case against Jeff Walter of Fremont, California, USA over the domain name PARVI.org.

In November 2009 sole WIPO panelist Andrew F. Christie ordered the confiscation of the domain name PARVI.org and that the domain name be transferred to the complainant Ville de Paris of Paris.
